Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University was established by an Act of Gujarat State Legislature in the year 2007. This University Is duly recognized by University grants Commission (UGC) and offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral Programmes in Engineering, Management and Liberal Arts.
The School of Liberal Studies: offers BLS and Ph.D. programmes wfth English Literature, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Environmental StudiBS, Psychology and Public Administration as majors. The School now announces admissions to the second batch of the Post Graduate Programme, MA in Public Administration/Political Science/English Literature.
ELIGIBILITY :
Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern of education from any recognized University.
SELECTION PROCESS
A common written test conducted on 25th June 2011 will evaluate the applicant's competence in the following areas: General Knowledge and Literature, Political Science and Public Administration.

• Application Form can be downloaded from our website www.pdpu.ac.in which has to be submitted along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1200/- in favour of "Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University" payable at Ahmedabad.
