Applications invited for commercial pilot training
The Rajiv Gandhi Academy for Aviation Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, has invited applications for admission to its commercial pilot licence (CPL) flying training and private pilot licence (PPL) flying training. The duration of the CPL training is three years, and for PPL, it i,s six months. TheTe are 10 seats for CPL training and 30 for PPL. For CPL training, the fee is Rs.22.5 lakh approximately, to be paid in instalments. Students will have to pay Rs, 50,000 as security deposit which shall be refunded at the end of the training. For PPL, the training fee is Rs.50,000 to be paid in one instalment. Those who have passed Plus Two/equivalent examination with physics and maths as subjects are eligible to apply. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on August 31.
