1. Typewritten applications with complete Bio-data are invited from Indian Citizens for the post of " Junior Research Fellow " who fulfills the following conditions:-

Discipline : Psychology

Minimum Essential Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Psychology with First Division ( Specialization areas Applied Psychology / Experimental Psychology / Psychometry)

2. Age : As on closing date of application 28 years 9 Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for Backward communities)

3. Stipend : Rs. 8000/- per month DA, CCA, LTC, Bonus and Retirement benefits are not admissible.

4. HRA and Medical Benefits : As applicable to DRDO employees.

5. Leave: Only Casual Leave is admissible. However only women employees are entitled to Maternity Leave.

6. Duration Of Fellowship : Initial Fellowship for a period of two years.Extension beyond a period of two years based on performance. It may please be noted that offer of Fellowship does not confer on Fellows any right for absorption in DRDO.

7. Candidates working in Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body should apply through proper channel.

8. Fees: Rs. 10/- in the form of Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Director, DIRP, Delhi - 54 No Fees for SC/ST and OBC candidates. Bank Drafts, Stamps will not be acceptable.

9. Applications with photo copy of certificates in support of your date of birth and educational qualifications should reach the Director, Defence Institute of Psychological Research, Lucknow Road, Timarpur , Delhi - 54 within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement duly affixing a passport size photograph on right top corner of the 1st page of the application.
