Applications are invited from candidates for Doctoral Course in Bio-Nano, Nanotechnology related research to conduct under monbukagakusho fellowship program. Bio Nano Electronics Research Center has been selected as the 21 st Century's Center of Excellence and one among the 13 Nano Tech Support Centers in Japan. Candidates who had obtained Master's degree with first class in the following disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engg. and Materials Science are eligible to apply for this program.
