Following Fellowships are available upto the completion of the projects or for two years.

JRF: 06 (Six Posts)

Age limit:

Maximum 28 years on the last date of receipt of applications (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates).

Qualification for 02 post: First class M. Sc degree in Bio-Technology

Qualification for 04 post:

1) BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution (01 Post)

2) 1st Class M. Sc (Agriculture) degree in Horticulture (01 post)?

3) 1st Class M. Sc (Agriculture) degree in Soil Science (01 post)?

4) 1st Class M. Sc (Agriculture) degree in Plant Breeding/ M. Sc Botany Specialization in Breeding (01 post).

Stipend:

Rs.8000/- per month (HRA, and medical facilities shall be admissible, as per rules).

Place of work: DARL, Pithoragarh and its Field stations

Type written application in the prescribed proforma with complete bio-data should reach to the Director, Defence Agricultural Research Laboratory, Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand) within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Affix a recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of the first page of application. Send a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.10/- drawn in favour of Director, DARL, Pithoragarh payable at State Bank of India, Pithoragarh along with the application. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment subject to submission of copy of caste certificate along with application. Candidates working in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel. It may please be noted that offer of fellowship does not confer on fellow any right for absorption in DRDO.
