Huawei Maitree Scholarship
Huawei, a leading global telecom solutions provider, announces the Huawei Maitree Scholarship for Indian undergraduate and graduate students to study in China starting September 2011. The scholarship aims to promotean educational and social exchange between the youth of India and China.
Applications are invited from Indian students who have been admitted in Chinese institutions of higher learning in any field of undergraduate and post graduate study preferably in emerging areas of science and technology, culture, social studies and development related programmes.
The scholarship would cover full tuition fees and living expenses up to the entire period of study in China. Applications for scholarship can only be submitted online at www.huaweischolarships.org . The last date for submission of applications is June 30, 2011. Selected candidates will be called for interview in July 2011. Successful candidates will be informed of the final decision by July 31,2011.
