Announcing launch of the IICA Certificate Programme in Corporate Social Responsibility (ICP in CSR) - Batch 3 (2017-18)

The principal institution of Corporate Affairs in India - Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), is established by and affiliated to Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. It serves as a think tank, action research, service delivery and capacity building institute for all corporate entities and professionals. The National Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (NFCSR), established within IICA, is the apex body for all matters related to CSR in the nation.

IICA Certificate Programme (ICP) in CSR was launched in 2014 to meet burgeoning demand for trained CSR professionals in the corporate, public and NGO sectors.

Programme Highlights:

A)9 month online course in Corporate Social Responsibility.

B)Comprehensive course content that covers

? Global definitions and applications of CSR

? Indian CSR - Section135, Companies Act 2013

? Latest updates on CSR Rules, Government Notifications, Circulars etc.

? Case Books & Sectoral Gap Analysis on Education, Health, Livelihood etc.

? Other relevant updates

C)Course Structure includes:

? 14 weeks of comprehensive online study

? Periodic Contact Classes

? A 360 degree assessment / evaluation of each student:

o Periodic online tests

o 3 weeks of Corporate Attachment

o 12 weeks of Project Work with an Implementation Agency/NGO

D)Study Centres across the country (updated list may be accessed at www.iica.ln).

E)Placement facilitation by IICA after the course for students who are certified (please refer DISCLAIMER in this regard at

H) Eligibility Criteria:-

? Education :- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 45% in aggregate from a recognized university

? Desirable Qualification :- Exposure to social work projects, experience of short term course on social interventions and effective communication skills

? Sponsored and Exempted Candidates do not have to give the Online Entrance Test.

a) Registration Fee - INR 2,500 + applicable taxes

b) Course Fee - Payable at the time of enrolment- INR 1,00,000 + applicable taxes

All applicants are required to pay service/applicable tax (currently@15%) on the Registration and Course fee.

No refund of fee (Registration and Course Fee) is permissible under any circumstances.

A fine of Rs. 150 perday plus applicable taxes will be required to be paid to IICA for late payment of Course Fee.
