The Indian Maritime University (IMU), established in November 2008 as a Central University, is a teaching and affiliating University which offers Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate and Research programmes in all disciplines of maritime sector. IMU currently offers various programmes under its Schools through its six established campuses viz Chennai, Cochin, Kandla Port, Kolkata, Mumbai, Vizag and its Affiliated Institutions.
