Applications are invited for the following temporary positions coterminus with the Project duration:-

Title of the Project Pl and duration : Studies on the entomofaunal diversity and their interactions in selected provenance of sandal.

Pl : Dr.R.Sundaraj Duration : 3 years

Funding Agency : MOEF, Govt. of India

Position available:a) Junior Research Fellow : One Post b) Senior Research Fellow : One Post

Salary :a) Rs.8000 + HRA b) Rs.9000 + HRA

Qualification : For JRF M.Sc Zoology / Life Science / Agriculture / Forestry with Entomology and minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to NET or GATE qualified candidates.

For SRF as above with minimum two years of research experience evidenced by published papers.

Title of the Project Pl and duration: Development of protocols for rapid and mass clonal propagation of Bambusa Pallida Munro and Phyllostachys bambusoides sieb et Jucc.

Pl : Dr.T.S.Rathore Duration : 3 years

Funding Agency :DBT, Govt. of India

Position available:a) Junior Research Fellow : One Post

Salary :a) Rs.8000 + HRA

Qualification :M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Botany / Forestry with minimum 55% marks.Preference will be given to NET / GATE qualified candidates/ having practical experience in micropropagation.

The upper age limit is 28 years fpr JRF , 30 years for SRF age relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST/OBC/female candidtes.
