Madras Institute of Fashion Technology has announced admission for the academic year 2006-07 . Recognised by the Alagappa University, the Institute offers several courses in Apparel Fashion Design, Fashion Apparel Management, Fashion and Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design and Garment Making, Candidates for admission to the B.Sc., degree course must have passed Plus Two or possess a three - year diploma or any degree , with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. Application forms can be obtained from MFT by paying Rs.300/- in cash or through a DD in favour of " Madras Institute of Fashion Technology" payable at Chennai. They could also be obtained by post from MFT by paying Rs.400/- through a DD .
