The Government of Mexico have offered 6 scholarships for Indian nationals for the year 2005 for studies at a Mexican University or any institution of higher education in Mexico.The Scholarships would be available for studies in the following subject fields:

* Electronics & Communications

* Architecture

* Latin American Studies

* Spanish Literature.

Since, all scholarships would be offered only to Spanish speaking applicants, it is mandatory that all the applicants are able to speak Spanish at the time of submitting their applications. Only in exceptional cases, the Government of Mexico might consider to exempt this pre-requisite by giving the student a 6 months course in Spanish and Mexican Culture in Mexico, prior to the main studies.
