Heritage Scholarship Program [HSP]

The College of Agricultural administers the Heritage Scholarship Program [HSP]. This program awards almost $100,000 in annual scholarships to its students.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The applications process involves the completion of one form: Heritage Scholarship Program Application. Scholastic record and extracurricular activities are important components of the selection criteria. Financial need generally is not a selection criterion for Heritage Scholarship Program awards. For entering freshmen, a 24 composite ACT score is required. For transfer students, a 2.75 grade point average is required. For current SIUC students, a 2.75 grade point average is the minimum requirement. The application deadline is January 31 to qualify for awards during the upcoming academic year.

HERITAGE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

Over 100 scholarships are awarded annually, totalling approximately $100,000 in financial assistance to the students of the College of Agricultural Sciences. Take a look at the different Heritage Scholarship Program Awards.
